Can you put together a birthday party for 30 people in three days? The answer is yes. But it leaves you exhausted. My grandson turned three last week, so we had a party for family and friends yesterday. I couldn't do much planning while I was in Alaska, so my daughter and I put together the party in a whirlwind of activity. The theme was pirates, so everyone donned pirate hats, eye patches and earrings for the occasion.
My grandson was overwhelmed by the attention, and wandered off to be by himself. "What's wrong, Max," I asked. "I'm mad," he said, "but I'm trying to get happy."
Trying to get happy. That's what I'm working on today. I have a nasty ear infection and a perforated eardrum. It's so easy to let bad health get you down, but Photoshop almost always perks up my spirits.
Today, I worked on the Stock Photo Challenge at Digital Art Quirks. The background we are working with has a slightly oriental flair, so that's the theme I ran with.
