Weather-wise, it's been a strange summer for those of us in the eastern part of the country. For my friend Kim in Toronto, it's been cold and wet, hardly a summer at all. So, it's easy to understand why she would challenge the folks at Digital Art Quirks to create a piece of art based on The Flood.
When I saw this photo of these girls with their woebegone expressions, holding an umbrella, I knew I would have to work with it.
